How designing, pricing and printing work.
How is printing priced?
By the size of your design on each side: about 6¢ per square inch, with a $3 minimum on the front and $5 on the back. The designer shows the exact printing price before you add to cart, and that's what you pay.
What files work best?
PNG with a transparent background prints cleanest. JPG, WebP and SVG work too, up to 20 MB. The designer shows a print-quality badge as you resize, so you'll know if an image is too small for the size you picked.
Can I add text?
Yes. Tap Add text, type up to 80 characters, then pick from six fonts and eight colors. You can combine text and images on the front and back.
Will I see my design before it's printed?
Yes. Your cart shows a proof of every piece, and we print from the exact file you approved. Placement can shift slightly on the garment, within the marked print area.
How long does it take?
Every piece is made to order. Production takes 3–5 business days, then shipping. See our shipping policy for delivery times.
Can I return a custom piece?
Because each item is printed just for you, all sales are final. If something arrives damaged, defective or misprinted, contact us within 14 days of delivery and we'll make it right. See our refund policy.
